Reorganization of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan

At the beginning of January 2023, the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan was reorganized into the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with all powers and authority in the field of geology being transferred to the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Agriculture is likely to introduce new amendments in the PPP registration procedure (in development). Re-registration and change of registration holder (registrant) will no longer require conclusions on toxic hygiene and eco-toxicological reports (these sections will be removed).
