AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW OF UKRAINE ON THE IMPORT AND TRAFFIC OF PESTICIDES AND AGROCHEMICALS ON THE BASIS OF CERTIFICATES OR STATE REGISTRATION ISSUED BY AUTHORITIES OF THE EU AND NATO MEMBER STATES

The website of the Parliament of Ukraine (Rada) published a draft law on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Pesticides and Agrochemicals".
It is planned to supplement Article 4 of the Law with the following: "During martial law, the import into the customs territory of Ukraine, production, trade, use, and advertising are permitted on the basis of certificates or information on state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals issued by the relevant competent authorities of the EU Member States and the Member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization".
